Our kennel is completey air conditioned/heated, as seasons change. Each pet suite is furnished with a ergonomically designed pet deck or cot, as well as pet beds, blankets, and stainless steel bowls. We provide everything needed during the stay-however, owners are encouraged to bring any belongings that will make your pet's stay even more enjoyable.
We love each and every pet staying with us. From one-on-one walks to cuddle time, pool play during the warm months, and nightly tuck in, we work hard to make your sweet furry family members feel right at home.

Don’t want to wait until Monday to pick up your fur baby? Sunday pickups can be scheduled by prior arrangement with staff. By appointment only, and at staff discretion. May not be able to accommodate all dates and times. No major holidays.
All pets must be current on vaccinations. Owners must confirm and attest that their pet/pets are current on yearly vaccinations (DHLPPC), Bordetella (kennel cough), and rabies vaccination. All prices are per pet, as they all receive individual care.
We do understand that emergencies occur and plans change, but we ask that you call as soon as possible if canceling a scheduled appointment. If we must call you after a missed appointment, or you cancel less than 3 business days prior to scheduled stay, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be added to the pet's next service. This fee applies per pet scheduled. We require notice of 3 business days if the dates of the boarding stay will be different than originally booked. If dates are modified after the 3 day period, the full charge of all originally booked days will be charged.
If a bath or grooming is scheduled, we typically perform that service the day of departure. Changing your pick up day will also change your grooming day, so prior notice is important.
Very often we are fully booked and are unable to accommodate all boarding requests. Each pet's space is reserved for their confirmed amount of days and by returning early or checking in on later date without notice may sometimes cause other pets to be unable to board with us. Please help us, and indirectly you, by giving us a call in advance if you are going to check in on a later date or return early. Once checked in, you will be charged for the complete number of originally scheduled days, as we have reserved the space for your pet.
We are happy to administer medication to your pet as needed, an additional fee of $2.00 per dosage will be applied. Any pets that are diabetic and require insulin injections must be approved prior to boarding and will incur additional fees.
If an owner fails to pick up pet on scheduled departure day, pet will be boarded at our typical boarding rate until the following business day. After hours or emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and additional fees will apply.
If a boarding pet has fleas at time of check-in, pet will be treated and additional fees will apply. No exceptions.
Please note that we are not open to the public on major holidays. Advance boarding reservations are highly recommended for holidays and school vacations.
If your pet is staying with us, you may extend their stay by calling and making a payment if the stay is extended over a week. Any pet that is left at Pampered Paws, Inc without extending the stay and appropriate payment, will be considered abandoned. If your pet is considered abandoned under state, local or federal laws or regulations, Pampered Paws, Inc will by default become the legal owner and guardian of the pet. You understand and agree that by abandoning your pet at Pampered Paws, Inc that you may unable to retrieve your pet, and release Pampered Paws, Inc from all further liability and responsibility of your pet. If you abandon your pet, you are still liable for all boarding charges, and any applicable attorney fees or court
Our Policies, Procedures, Services, and Rates may change from time to time. While we attempt to notify you of these changes, it is ultimately your responsibility to check back on our website regularly so that you are aware of our most current Policies, Procedures, Services, and Rates. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
